In a move to ensure a peaceful and successful conduct of the PDP congresses in Gombe State, the senator representing Gombe North, Ibrahim Dankwambo, the party leader and former governor of the state, has reconciled aggrieved members, paving the way for a peaceful and hitch-free exercise.

According to Abdulrahman Buba Zaune, the acting state public relations officer of the party, the senator has been resolving major internal disputes and placating disgruntled members.

Zaune, who was among those with grievances, confirmed that the senator’s intervention had brought aggrieved members together, fostering a sense of unity and purpose within the party.

He added that the reconciliation efforts yielded positive results as the party is now fully prepared for the upcoming congress.
