Dapper Fires Back at Seyi Vibez, Shallipopi and T.I Blaze Amid Fallout

Dapper Group CEO Damilola Akinwunmi has hit back at claims made by artistes Seyi Vibez, Shallipopi and T.I Blaze about their business dealings with him, insisting he has nothing to fear from scrutiny.

Posting on X, the label boss rejected the allegations and urged the trio to submit their contracts and finances to independent forensic auditors, naming top firms including KPMG, PwC and Deloitte to verify his conduct. He said he’d rather let evidence speak than trade insults, noting his loyalty to music runs too deep for that.

Addressing claims their partnership had been exploitative, Dapper said the relationship dated back to 2021, when he funded an artiste’s debut project before receiving any music in return, questioning who had actually benefited whom.

On Shallipopi’s allegation over a missed event, Dapper claimed it was the artiste, not him, who failed to show up, despite now calling for legal action.

He maintained that all relevant records remain available and that proper processes are already underway to resolve the dispute.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
