Dar Al Halal Nigeria, DinarStandard Present 2023 Hala Markets

Dar Al Halal Nigeria and DinarStandard are set to present the “2023 Nigeria Halal Markets Opportunity and Prospects Report.

This report which provides a comprehensive view of Nigeria’s Halal Markets opportunities and a roadmap to unlock its full potential will be launched on Thursday April 27, 2023, from 10:00 am in Abuja.

The event, according to organisers will feature Dr. Mansur Muhtar, Vice President of the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB), who will deliver the keynote address while Rafi-uddin Shikoh, CEO of DinarStandard, will present the Report’s findings.

The Executive Director, Policy and Governmental Affairs, Nasir Muazu Adamu said in a statement that the discussion, led by a panel of distinguished guests, will revolve around the topic, “Seizing the Opportunity: Nigeria’s Path to Dominating the Halal Industry.” The discussion will provide insightful discourse on the future of Nigeria’s Halal Industry.

Also, there will be a brief Zoom presentation by H.E Mr. Yerlan Baidaulet, Director General, Islamic Organization for Food Security (IOFS) and Her. E. Mrs Latifa El Bouabdellaoui, Director General, Islamic Centre for Development of Trade.

 

The distinguished guests expected at the event include; His Excellency President Muhammadu Buhari who will be represented by Hon. Professor Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami, His Eminence Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar, The Sultan of Sokoto, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, Emir of Kano, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli, Emir of Zazzau, amongst others.

 

Muhammadu Dikko Ladan, CEO ,Dar Al Halal Nigeria said, “The Halal Industry has immense potential to drive economic diversification and enhance Nigeria’s competitiveness in the global market.

We look forward to engaging with policymakers, investors, and industry leaders in order to shape the future of Nigeria’s Halal markets and position Nigeria as a leading player in the global halal market.”

This event, he said will be live streamed on social media and broadcast live on Trust tv.
