Similarly, in a letter dated 27th March, 2023, and addressed to the party chairman, Ndokwa East, the PDP said the actions of the suspended members contravened the laws of PDP.

The ward executive committee, said: “We the undersigned are members of the ward executive of our party, PDP, in Ward 1, Ndokwa east LGA

“The ward executive met on the 27th of March 2023, and x-rayed the activities of some members of the party before, during and after the 2023 general elections.

“The ward executive expressed dissatisfaction with some members of the party who were involved in anti-party activities, engaged in conducts that caused disaffection among members, engaged in conducts that disrupted the peaceful, lawful and efficient conduct of the business of the party, engaged in dishonest practices and disobeyed or neglected lawful activities of the party.

“In line with chapter 10 section 57 (3) of the constitution of PDP as amended in 2017, the following persons have been suspended from the party for a period of one month”.

Those suspended are Mr Ugo Nwokolo aka Overdo, Mr Theodore Obocha (SA to the Executive Governor), Chief Edward Olisenekusu (Board member Adult Education), Mr Frank Epku (youth Leader ward 1/ SA to the executive Governor).

Others include Mrs Anna Edi (woman leader ward 1), Mr Christian Ebisue Ashibudike (special adviser to the governor), Mr Chinedu Orlunwa (treasurer ward 1), Chief Kingsley Okoh (aka uncle kay ward liaison officer), Mr Rechard Obiazue (immediate past supervisory Councillor).

However, when contacted, Ojuogboh said the problem was that Omo-Agege hijacked the party at the state level and it was their determination to take back the APC and return it to the people that informed his alleged expulsion.
