Mrs Musa stated this at the DEPOWA aerobics walk and health exercise at Lungi Barracks Abuja at the weekend.

She said the benefit of exercise to the body could not be over emphasised, adding that the medical screening conducted before the exercise had enabled them to identify people that needed to take extra care of their health.

She urged them to be deliberate on their health to be able to stay healthy and fit to take care of the home front while their husbands are away on duty.
