The Diaspora and Nigeria Youth Initiative (DNYI) yesterday urged the newly appointed members of Kwara State Executive Council   to be steadfast and resolute in teaming up with Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq to achieve his mission of taking the state to greater heights.

While noting that AbdulRazaq carefully chose technocrats, bureaucrats, boardroom gurus, and academics as cabinet members, the group urged the appointees to justify the confidence the governor reposed in them.

DNYI, in a statement signed by its coordinator, Ishola Maruf said, “We wish to commend our amiable Governor and NGF Chairman, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for carefully selected cabinet members which cut across all sphere, setting standard as far as inclusivity in governance is concerned.

“The team is indeed a star-studded one which we are confident would hit the ground running to drive the policies and programmes of the present administration.”
