Divorce Proceedings: Yul Edochie Denies Marriage To Judy Austin

Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has reportedly denied being married to his colleague, Judy Austin, during divorce proceedings with his estranged wife, May Edochie.

The embattled actor, who is facing a divorce suit filed by May, made the shocking revelation in court, stating that May is his only wife.

May Edochie had initiated the divorce proceedings, citing adultery and was seeking a substantial sum of N100 million in damages from Judy Austin.

Furthermore, she had also filed for a restraining order to prevent Yul from accessing their former matrimonial home, expressing concerns for her safety and that of their children. May had successfully obtained full custody of their kids.

During the court hearing, Yul Edochie allegedly denied the claims of being married to Judy Austin, leaving many bewildered by the unexpected twist in the ongoing legal battle.

Blogger Cutie Juls, who has been closely following the case, reported that Judy Austin also concurred with Yul’s statement, asserting that they are not married.

Both Yul and Judy reportedly expressed shock at discovering through online platforms that they were supposedly married.

The couple vehemently denied the validity of these reports, emphasizing that the information circulating on blogs was false.
