Popular Nigerian Disc Jockey and media personality Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, better known as DJ Cuppy, has declared she will never marry a Nigerian man, revealing a past relationship as the reason behind her firm stance.

Speaking during a recent discussion, the billionaire heiress said her last Nigerian partner showed more interest in meeting her father, business mogul Femi Otedola, than in pursuing her genuinely, leaving her to question the motives of men who approach her.

“I can never marry a Nigerian. It’s impossible. The last one I dated was asking me when he could meet my dad — I didn’t even think they liked me,” she said bluntly.

Cuppy added that her father holds no strong preference on her choice of partner, only expressing a desire to see her married.

She also seized the moment to celebrate her sister Temi Otedola’s relationship with Afrobeats star Mr Eazi, describing it as a source of personal joy.
