He said the firm has properties in the nation’s capital, Abuja as well as Nigeria’s commercial city in Lagos in choice locations like Island, Lekki, and Mainland. He added that the firm has properties in Owerri, Umuahia Benin, and Calabar.

He said the firm offers products and services such as the business of real estate construction, sales of construction plans, property sales and management, sales, and supply of building materials, real estate and property development, and general contracts.

The managing director and chief executive officer stated that the vision of his firm is geared towards easing housing challenges, and building classy houses that convincingly match the taste of high-net-worth individuals, the middle and low-income class Nigerians.

Edosa said building a client relationship is one of the cornerstones of the success recorded in his real estate career.

“To Nigerians in need of decent homes, they should search no more. Edovis Global Resources is here to give you much more than they can ever imagine,” said Edosa.

He said the company has come in full force with passion and excellence to do something different by setting higher standards and delivering smart homes.

On what the firm is bringing to the market, Edosa said the genre of smart homes it offers includes energy-efficient and gas-efficient apartments.

The CEO said the energy-efficient and gas-efficient are thermal homes built to avert heat.

He said, “The experience of parking into a smart home is like having a home with virtually everything inside. They are almost like walking in with your clothes, and every other thing is available for you.

“We are flexible because prospective clients in the real estate market come with a variety of needs, tastes, and expectations. The company has analysed these trends and also proffered solutions to satisfy our valued clients.

“To satisfy clients’ desires and specifications, Edovis is focused on offering all building types that match prospects’ unique tastes and expectations, from four-bedroom semi-detached duplexes to four-bedroom terraces, five-bedroom detached duplexes, and six-bedroom detached duplexes as well as one, two and three-bedroom flats.”

For Nigerians in Diaspora, as well as Nigeria who wish to key into the exquisite offers, he said the firm has a platform where prospective homeowners will register, give their desired building type and specification while the firm conceptualises the building to meet the need of the homeowner.

He said the firm has also developed a robust thought-out process from conceptualization to initiating projects to meet the needs of Nigerians in Diaspora, understanding the types of housing concepts in demand in the UK, US, and others.

“We have a platform where you register. You tell us the type of house you want. We would design it from the conceptualization of the building to meet your needs, and we would build it for you. You would be able to monitor the building from day one to the end of the project because when we initiate the project, we also plan it for them and execute it,” he said.

On how he started the business, the young entrepreneur said he developed passion for doing business and its operations very early in life due to the fact that his late father was a business owner.

Edosa said as a teenager, his father every month assigned a day which he manage his business monthly to expose him to business and entrepreneurial skills.

During the process, the CEO said he developed a deep interest in entrepreneurship, an interest that grew to become a strong passion over the years.

Edosa said it was this passion that influenced his decision to study Economics in his First Degree. I was also driven to register my first company Edovis Global Resources with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria in 2020.

He said, “After my degree programme in the University, my academic interest and pursuit became predicated on my vision to build a world-class business conglomerate, which calls for a strategic approach.

“In view of this, I have acquired valuable knowledge by attending some professional training courses and workshops to upgrade my skills and also acquire stocks trading knowledge, core strategy 1 and 2 from Online Trading Academy Dubai UAE which played a vital role in my endeavors, where he has participated in a compelling and strategic workshop.

“I have long desired to break into the international business environment, then I realised the uneven distribution of natural resources by nature amongst nations and the comparative advantage the various economies of the world have over each other and the extent to which international trade could facilitate and create a reasonable balance.

“The knowledge in the planning, design, control, and execution of business processes as it concerns human resources, finance, marketing, sales, and global setting for operations in all international contexts for business courses like Global Supply Chain Management, supply chain operations, international business environment, etc ., that will give me the required training I need to succeed in my business establishment both locally and internationally.”
