The director-in-charge of Abia State Secondary Education Management Board, Mrs Ngozi Onwubiko, has called for early promotion of moral instructions in schools.

Onwubiko stated this when she hosted the founder and international coordinator of Global Children Youth Rescue Mission, Evang. Nnenna Anyaogu, in her office in Umuahia, the state capital.

She said instilling moral instructions in children at an early age would help build a more disciplined and responsible society and assured of her support for the mission.

In his remarks, a member of Access Canada and partner of Global Children Youth Rescue Mission, Prof Mkpa Agu Mkpa commended the mission for its agenda and programmes.

Agu Mkpa, who had served as commissioner for Education in the state, applauded the governor, Dr Alex Otti for his reforms in the education sector.
