According to a statement by the media aide, Busola Kukoyi, the grant which is under the National Scholarship Programme (NASP), tertiary education is to the sum of N1 million each annually for the four years of their stay in the higher institution with a new computer each as well.

Represented by the wife of the APC national chairman and director of Education, RHI, Prof Hafsat Ganduje, at the presentation held at the Office of the First Lady, State House, Abuja, Mrs Tinubu told the beneficiaries to ensure that they keep their GPA very high as this would put them in a very good stead academically.

“We know that education is key. Without education, there cannot be development and growth anywhere. Also look inwards to see how you can be of help to your family and friends.

“Be more enterprising and look beyond just academics so that you do not have to wait for white collar jobs when you graduate,” she said.
