Ekiti State House of Assembly has said it is providing optimal legislative support for good governance to thrive in the state through prompt passage of bills and resolutions.

The chairman of the House Committee on Media and Public Affairs, Hon. Babatunde Oke, also stated that the assembly has passed thirteen bills into law in the last year.

He spokein Ado-Ekiti during the press conference heralding the activities marking the first-year anniversary of the Ekiti 7th Assembly held at the Assembly Chamber.
Oke, who noted that the Ekiti State Seventh Assembly was inaugurated on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, said,

“The Assembly adopted an inclusive system of law-making, which encouraged relevant stakeholders to submit memoranda detailing their views on the proposed legislation.
