Emir of Kano Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero has condoled with the business tycoon and elder statesman Alhaji Aminu Alhassan Dantata and the entire Dantata family over the death of his wife, Hajiya Rabi Aminu Alhassan Dantata.
The eminent monarch described the deceased as a mother of substance, a beacon of hope and a disciplined mother who shaped the lives of many people around her to become productive and righteous.
The Wazirin Kano, Alhaji Sa’adu Shehu Gidado expressed the condolences on behalf of the Emir, Kano Emirate Council and people of Kano State.
He expressed heartfelt condolences to “our respected elder statesman, a visionary father and a flagship of hope, productivity and progress, Alhaji Aminu Alhassan Dantata over the death of your wife Rabi.”
Bayero described the death of Hajiya Rabi as a great loss not only to her immediate families and Kano State but to the generation of righteous people and Nigeria at large.
He prayed to Allah to grant the deceased an eternal rest in Jannatul firdaus and the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Other members of the delegation include Walin Kano, Alhaji Bashir Mahe Bashir, Dan Ruwatan Kano Alhaji Ibrahim Hamza Bayero and the private secretary to His Highness Alhaji Abdullahi Haruna Kwaru.
Receiving the delegation on behalf of the Dantata family, Alhaji Turado Dantata thanked the emir for the visit and also condoled with the emir as well. He prayed for continued blessings, peace and stability of the state and Nigeria at large.
