One individual who has made a notable difference in the real estate and construction sector in Nigeria is Gbenga Adigun, the founder and co-CEO of the Rebar Perfecta Limited. Gbenga Adigun born in 1983 is a Nigerian businessman, investor, and real-estate entrepreneur.

He is largely known as the founder and co- CEO of Rebar Perfecta Ltd. Adigun presides over a company that has come to the limelight in Nigeria’s real estate and construction industry within a short space of time.

The former banker who exited GTBank within a couple of years, built a real estate and construction support outfit that is a major player in the Nigerian business terrain.

The tactical entrepreneur who hails from Oyo State has made a prominent difference in the Nigerian real estate and construction sector. Under his leadership, Rebar Perfecta has been involved in various real estate projects aimed at providing affordable housing solutions and promoting sustainable development.

His innovative approach to real estate development has helped address housing shortages, improve living conditions, and support community empowerment in Nigeria.Gbenga Adigun, born to Pius Adigun, a glass manufacturing engineer, and Aderonke Adigun a businesswoman hails from Oyo State, Ibadan South- West local government.

He founded Rebar Perfecta Limited, a company that service the needs of the real estate and construction industry. Gbenga attended Model College, Ojo, and Mason College, Festac Town, Lagos for secondary education, and later earned a Bachelor of Technology in Pure & Applied Mathematics from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State.

He has taken courses at various institutions, including Harvard University, Strathmore Business School in Kenya, Henley Business School in the UK, and Lagos Business School.
