The Etsu Nupe was reacting to the demise of the former elder statesman shortly after the funeral prayer at Maasaba Juma’at Mosque.

He said the late Ndaiji was a pious, philanthropic, patriotic and peace-loving man adding that the death was a big blow and colossal loss to the entire emirate.

“The entire kin Nupe has lost a great peace promoter, a rare gem and a great leader who ensures peaceful co-existence among the different ethnic groups in the area.

The late Ndaiji Nupe was a peace maker, promoter of peace, a bridge builder and he had also contributed a lot to the development of not only the emirate but to the state and the country in general,” he declared.

Alhaji Abubakar condoled the immediate family of the late Alhaji Dyadya, and prayed God to grant the soul of the deceased Aljanna firdausi and the family the fortitude to bear the loss.

LEADERSHIP Sunday reports that the late Ndaiji Nupe was among the frontline kingmakers of Bida Emirate from the Ndaiji Aminu dynasty.
