Evoke Social Change With Artificial Intelligence, Experts Urge Firms

Marketing communications experts have expressed concerns about the future of Africa’s workforce and the global creative ecosystem noting that the adoption of (AI) will leapfrog the fourth industrial revolution to harness its full potential and evoke social change amongst companies incorporating AI in their marketing efforts.

Speaking on the sidelines of the 11 Edition of the Innovention series organised by Verdant Zeal Group with the theme; “The Future of Africa’s Creative Industries in the Era of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Executive vice chairman of Verdant Zeal Group, Dr. Tunji Olugbodi said the adoption of AI in the African workforce will democratize creativity by giving access to creative sector from remote corners of the world to leverage and generate their own tool for inspiration and collaboration.

Also speaking, Principal Partner of Cubed Integrated Management Consulting, David Adeoye who spoke as the keynote speaker, emphasized the need for African creative experts to embrace AI.

The group CEO of Corporate Shepherds Limited, Idoreyen Enang reiterated that AI is not new and highlighted its origins in inventions such as smartphones and smart TVs. He stressed that the future is predictable.
