Dr. Daudu, who is also a retired Federal Permanent Secretary and former Head of Civil Service of Gombe State, in a congratulatory message, described the project as a landmark intervention that demonstrates Governor Inuwa Yahaya’s commitment to the welfare of civil servants and the modernisation of public administration in the state.

According to Dr. Daudu, the construction of a modern and well-equipped secretariat is a direct fulfillment of the Governor’s pledge to improve the working conditions for public servants and reposition the civil service for greater efficiency.

“This is a visionary and strategic project that will significantly enhance productivity, boost morale, and create a more conducive working environment for the state workforce. It is a legacy that reflects true leadership and commitment to institutional development,” he stated.

The new secretariat, designed to house various ministries and government agencies under one roof, is expected to improve coordination, reduce overhead costs, and foster inter-agency synergy.
