The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has said the administration under Mallam Muhammad Musa Bello is committed to creating enabling environment for business owners in the FCT, which is why the Abuja Enterprise Agency (AEA) is enjoying all support to enable them to serve better in the application of the important role SMSEs is playing in the area of job creation.
The permanent secretary of FCT, Mr. Olusade Adesola, made this known at the maiden customers’ forum organised by the AEA with the theme; The professionalisation of service: skills and capabilities.”
Adesola who was represented by the director of the Reform Coordination and Service Improvement Department, Dr. Jumai Ahmadu, said the FCT administration had recently concluded the training for 50 departmental champions on the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) which is aimed to standardize our operations in line with the current global best practices.
The acting managing director / chief executive officer of AEA, Mallam Shehu Abdulkadir, said in line with AEA’s desire and its corporate value of providing excellent business support services, the agency taught it wise to organise its maiden customers’ forum during the 2022 customer service week.
“The objective is to get feedback from clients and stakeholders of the Agency and address complaints, to improve service delivery and enhance customer care towards customer retention, and to gain more insight on the needs of entrepreneurs and streamline services to meet the identified needs.
“The AEA Customer forum will also provide an opportunity for the management of the Agency, its clientele, and stakeholders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem to brainstorm on contemporary issues and challenges faced while accessing the services of the Agency to proffer workable solutions towards sustained customer satisfaction,” he said.
