Speaking during the delivery of the items, the CEO of the group, Victoria Mattei, said their major aim is to provide quality of life so that the children can live in happiness. “We also want to bring our little help from the Russian side to help children, families because it is very important to support little children in what they want so that they can grow up as useful people in society,” she said.

She stated that it is very important to educate children so that they can grow up as real people, as a blessing to the nation. Mattei added that Russia is ready to collaborate with the Nigerian government to help grow the rural areas in terms of agriculture, among many other things, adding that they are ready to give every possible help as much as they can.

Reacting, Mallam Ahmad Tanko Umar, who represented the Chief of Takushara, Saidu Mahmmed, said that members of the community are predominantly farmers and will be happy if any assistance comes in the form of agriculture. He said that they are ever ready to welcome anybody who is coming to provide their basic needs for them, even if it is to provide one hectare of land for them.
