Rite Foods Limited has joined the global community in commemorating International Men’s Day (IMD) 2025 by recognising their contributions, achievements, and positive impact on nation-building.

The day also draws attention to issues affecting men, including health, well-being and work-life balance.

Speaking on the significance of the day, Mr Seleem Adegunwa, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Rite Foods Limited, acknowledged the importance of balance and well-being for men in the current fast-paced world.

‘’This year’s theme, “Celebrating Men and Boys”, aligns with Rite Foods’ commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone, regardless of gender, can thrive. The company recognises the vital role men play as fathers, leaders, colleagues, mentors, and change-makers, and is using the occasion to spotlight their contributions within and beyond the workplace.

“As we celebrate International Men’s Day, we honour the resilience, hard work and positive influence of men across our workforce and the communities we serve.

Rite Foods is proud to champion a culture where men feel seen, supported and empowered to lead healthy, meaningful lives,” Adegunwa said.

He further highlighted that men, both within the organisation and across the country, play pivotal roles as leaders, innovators, and contributors to family and community development, attributes that the company continually seeks to support and celebrate.
