The Besitz Group has begun plans to allocate its second estate in the booming Kuje area of Abuja in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

The estate named Capital City Phase 2 is one among the many to be allocated by the company since it began operation in 2021.

Speaking to journalists about the upcoming event on Wednesday, the co-founder and head of Admin, Isa Abass Usman said, “Our Capital City Phase 2 project which was born out of the popular demand by individuals who could not subscribe to the Phase 1 is set to be allocated.

“It is safe to say this project has already achieved more than 60 per cent projected Return On Investment (ROI) within the space of 5 months when it was launched and it’s soon set to be allocated.

Abass added that the demand can be ascribed to its beautiful features which ranges from the eight-lane expansion project in Kuje; C of O land with a verifiable AGIS certification from the Abuja land registry; Location on a tarred and current level of infrastructural development such as perimeter fencing; Landscaping and leveling of the project; Gatehouse construction, and many other developments facilitated on the project.

He maintained, “Everyone wants to own something near the biggest construction project in Nigeria presently which is $174 billion bigger than the Eko Atlantic City called the Centenary City. We still have a few units left and it’s best to buy now because offers like this are always scarce to come across.”

Meanwhile, in his remark, the co-founder and Head of Growth for Besitz Group, Michael Onyeachor explained “Our arrival into Kuje was more divine than strategic because when we began the phase 1 project, there was no 6-lane road expansion, no plans to link Apo to Kuje and just a few developers but right now those things and more are palpable.

“This has made evident the speed to which a city can metamorphose from a small town in a few months through the power of real estate development. Real estate remains the bedrock by which every metropolis is built and through this upcoming allocation, Besitz Group reinforces its commitment to making land owners out of the willing and daring while redefining the medium by which real estate investment is made in Abuja.”
