Independent telecommunications infrastructure company, IHS Towers, has published its 2025 Sustainability Report, highlighting progress across its environmental, social and governance (ESG) priorities while sustaining strong financial performance, including a Last Twelve Months (LTM) Adjusted EBITDA of $1.028 billion.
The company which operates more than 37,000 towers across seven countries with its operations spanning Africa and Latin America,
said the report outlines its sustainability activities between January 1 and December 31, 2025, demonstrating its commitment to stakeholders, including customers, employees, governments, regulators, suppliers and host communities.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of IHS Towers, Sam Darwish, said the company remains focused on expanding connectivity and creating social value through its sustainability agenda.
“At IHS Towers, we remain committed to advancing digital inclusion and delivering meaningful impact through our four sustainability pillars,” Darwish said.
According to him, mobile connectivity has the potential to unlock significant social and economic opportunities, particularly by expanding access to education and supporting economic growth.
The report further noted that the company continued to advance its four-pillar sustainability strategy during the year, focusing on ethics and governance, environment and climate change, education and economic growth, as well as people and communities.
The company stated that its communications infrastructure remains critical to enabling connectivity across emerging markets, supporting economic development and digital transformation in the countries where it operates.
Meanwhile, the firm’s investor information shows that it generated $1.605 billion in LTM revenue from continuing operations and $1.028 billion in LTM Adjusted EBITDA, underlining the scale of its operations alongside its sustainability commitments.
