Nigeria-based digital solutions company, Bytes Ahead, has formed a strategic partnership with airSlate, a firm that specialises in document management and workflow automation, to help organisations reduce printing and documentation costs by up to 70 per cent.

The firm also identified the need to target workflow automation for banks, SMEs and government agencies in a bid to improve the future of digital transformation with paperless revolution.

This partnership brings a timely solution to market challenges by enabling organisations to reduce printing and documentation costs by up to 70% by accelerating key processes such as KYC onboarding, procurement approvals, loan application workflows, and compliance tracking.

This is just as the collaboration marks a monumental leap forward in Nigeria’s journey toward a paperless, agile, and efficient business ecosystem.

The partnership with airSlate powers Progress and it’s trusted by hundreds of organisations worldwide, with a reputation for delivering robust, no-code automation tools that simplify complex workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve compliance across industries.

Speaking on the partnership, chief executive officer of Bytes Ahead Limited, David Nkpoku said, “this partnership positions us at the forefront of Nigeria’s digital transformation movement. Together with airSlate, we are bringing world-class workflow automation to Nigerian banks, SMEs, government agencies, and enterprises—cutting down costs, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with standards like NDPR, CBN mandates, SOC 2, and GDPR.”

He explained that the Nigerian business climate continues to evolve, adding that the demand for cost-effective, secure, and scalable digital solutions is more urgent than ever. Paper-based processes remain a barrier to growth—slowing down approvals, increasing operational risk, and inflating overhead costs.
