First HoldCo Plc has announced that its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 10 a.m.
The company disclosed this in its notice issued to shareholders (embedded in this story). It stated that the meeting will be accessible via the company’s official platform at https://firstholdco.com/agm-2026-live.
According to First HoldCo, the AGM will consider several ordinary business items, beginning with the presentation of the company’s audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025.

Also scheduled for presentation are reports from the Directors, External Auditor, Board Evaluation Consultant, and the Statutory Audit Committee.

Shareholders will also vote on the re-election of two Non-Executive Directors retiring by rotation. They are Mr Peter Olufemi Otedola, CON, and Dr Julius B. Omodayo Owotuga, both of whom are eligible for reappointment in line with corporate governance provisions.

According to the notice, “In addition, the meeting will consider proposals to authorise the Board to determine the remuneration of the external auditor, disclose the remuneration of the company’s management team, and elect members of the Statutory Audit Committee.” The company stated that the AGM is aimed at strengthening transparency, accountability, and governance standards.
