International rating agency, Fitch Ratings has withdrawn all of Kogi State’s ratings, including its Long-Term Issuer Default Ratings (IDR) of ‘B’ with a Stable Outlook.
According to the rating agency, the rating withdrawal follows Kogi State’s decision to stop participating in the rating process.
“Therefore, Fitch no longer has sufficient information to maintain the ratings. Accordingly, Fitch will no longer provide ratings or analytical coverage for Kogi State.” The rating agency stated.
