Flowva, a new software platform, has officially launched to help businesses simplify the discovery, organisation, and management of their digital work tools.

With companies often juggling dozens of software subscriptions, Flowva offers a smart solution that tracks all tools in one place. It automatically monitors software usage, costs, and renewal dates, giving teams a clear overview of their digital environment.

CEO and co-founder of Flowva, Jessie Udah and Kelvin Maduka said, “The proliferation of digital tools has created a new challenge for organisations—tool sprawl. Our mission is to turn cluttered digital workspaces into streamlined, productive environments.”

Flowva’s key features include Automated Tool Tracking for full visibility into usage and spending, a centralised dashboard to manage all tools from one platform, a productivity rewards system to incentivise efficient use, and optimisation insights to cut costs and improve performance.

Early adopters report measurable results. Medical Image saw a 32% drop in unused licenses and a 27% rise in team efficiency.
