The chief medical director, Ass. According to him, two consultants in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department were sent for training on IVF, noting that the arrival of the baby was a dream come true.

Achigbu stated that the IVF programme is now a regular feature at the Federal Teaching Hospital Owerri, available to people who want it.

He advised couples still having challenges of childbirth to embrace the option offered by FTH to fulfill their desire to become parents.
