Ayomide’s journey into the hair industry began in 2020, when she learned how to braid from a professional. With determination and hard work, she built a loyal client base in her school, Yabatech, by offering free braiding services to gain trust and referrals. By 2022, Ayomide had a breakthrough idea – creating braided wigs that protect natural hair from damage caused by frequent braiding. This innovative concept led to the birth of Mide_braided_wigs.

According to ayomide, she said in this hair making business,they’re not too unbearable for a professional like her because there’s no problem that doesn’t find it’s solution including misconceptions between her and some customers, particularly those from abroad. To overcome this, she carefully pays attention to details, repeats customer preferences, and confirms them to ensure accurate results. Ayomide also added that,Shipping is another challenge, but her professionalism and problem-solving skills help her navigate these issues.

She stated that, she was inspired when she realized the damage caused by frequent braiding and had a breakthrough idea – creating braided wigs that protect natural hair from damage. This innovative concept led to the birth of her brand.
