A star-studded line-up of creatives, thought leaders and and cultural influencers is set to grace the stage at the highly anticipated three-day Talk Concert in Lagos.
Top actors and musicians – including the dynamic Funke Akindele, Falz the Bahd Guy, Bobby Ray, Pastor Jerry, and renowned author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie – are set to bring star power and depth to the programme, according to organisers of the third-ever talk concert in Africa, titled Week’s Jubilee Live.
The event serves as a platform for personal growth and development, uniting influential figures from various sectors to share their journeys and inspire audiences.
Organised by Joy Inc., in partnership with Tutorial Entertainment and The Stag Company, Week’s Jubilee Live offers audiences a deeper understanding of Chude Jideonwo’s remarkable journey in the media industry.
According to Jideonwo—co-founder of Red Media and Joy Inc.—Week’s Jubilee Live is designed to inspire and transform lives, with a strong focus on mental health, wellness, and personal growth. The concert will feature panel discussions, powerful storytelling, and live performances, creating a truly unique and immersive experience for attendees.
The event is expected to draw a massive audience, as the organisers aim to spark a “talk revolution” that will resonate across the African continent.

Jideonwo revealed that, the idea for the concert was inspired by Oprah’s 2020 talk show, where he interviewed Michelle Obama, Barack Obama, and Lady Gaga, emphasising the importance of storytelling in changing people’s lives and promoting mental health awareness.
The concert will feature one-on-one interviews with the guests, as well as panel discussions on specific themes. Jideonwo will also be sharing his own story, including a sneak peek into his upcoming book, ‘How Depression Saved My Life.’
The event, which will take place on Sunday, April 27 in Lekki, in Lagos, starting at 2 p.m as tickets are available for purchase, and the organisers expect a huge turnout.
