Experts and various researchers have disclosed that the country needs to build 28 million housing units to bridge the housing gap in Nigeria.

The properties are located in the Epe area of  Lagos State, a few minutes away from Dangote Refinery.

Speaking during the company 2024 first quarter review/ appreciation dinner for customers, the property developer and the managing director/CEO, Gafford Property and Homes, Gbadebo Olamerun said, when the firm launched the project about three months ago, it promised Nigerians about the development that was coming into it.

Olamerun noted that the premier destination for luxury and affordable real estate solutions firm had done a massive development on the project, which had increased the value of subscribers’ property.

“These lands are government-approved because we have all the necessary documents already intact. So, we don’t have documentation issues.  Every document you might think of is already available on these projects,” he said.

The property developer hinted that what made the firm different from other real estate firms was the values it carries.

To him , “We want to deliver this project at the highest industry standard. We are not compromising regardless of the challenges we might be facing as far as the construction and project development industry or real estate is concerned.

“We focus on excellence and giving the best to our people. That is one. Number two is execution. Whatever we have promised people that we are going to do on our project, this we do. We are not the ones that promise and after you subscribe, we disappear.”

Saying that at Gafford Property and Homes, integrity and transparency are at the core of everything it does, it added that, “We believe in fostering long-term relationships built on trust, honesty, and open communication. Our dedication to ethical practices ensures that your interests are always prioritised, guiding you toward informed decisions and successful outcomes.”
