Galatasaray have confirmed that striker Victor Osimhen has successfully undergone surgery following the arm injury he sustained against Liverpool.
The Nigerian international fractured his right forearm during the Champions League tie at Anfield and was forced off at half-time.
In a statement, the club revealed that the procedure was carried out successfully at a specialist hospital, with Osimhen expected to be sidelined for approximately four weeks.
The 27-year-old has been in fine form this season, registering 19 goals and seven assists in 29 appearances, making his recovery a key concern for the Turkish champions.
