Gospel Singer Temileyin Caught With Severed Head Of Girlfriend In Abuja

Abuja-based gospel singer and fitness enthusiast, Oluwatimileyin Ajayi, has been arrested after being caught with the severed head of his girlfriend.

Timileyin, who is known as a multi-talented gospel singer, prolific songwriter, vocalist, and recording and performing artiste, was apprehended on Sunday near a church in the Orozo area of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Videos making the rounds on social media suggested that Timileyin was seen carrying a black nylon bag with flies following him. The suspect said to be from Kabba in Kogi State, was accosted and searched, only to discover that he was carrying a fresh human head that appeared to be his girlfriend’s.

Sharing the video, a social media user who identified herself as Arike wrote: “I got the shock of my life as we apprehended a Yahoo ritual with human head (his girlfriend) inside a nylon close to our church as we were holding service. I thought I just used to watch things like this until i experienced one ‘Live’ today.”

While being questioned in the video shared online, Timileyin was heard revealing that he had dated the lady for one year and that he did not know where she came from.

He stated that he and his girlfriend engaged in heated altercations, and she tried to stab him with a knife. He said he ended up beheading her afterwards.
