Speaking during the handing over of the vehicles to the University management, Governor Sani said it was in fulfillment of his administration’s promise to give necessary logistical support to the Federal University to smoothen the take-off of the institution in September.

“We are also working with security agencies to ensure a safe and secure learning and teaching environment, while engaging federal stakeholders and partners to fast-track the university’s growth and operational readiness,” Sani added.

For his part, the Pro-Chancellor, Bishop Kukah commended the Kaduna State Government for its support, especially in facilitating the establishment of the university and preparing it ahead of the admission of its pioneer students.
