Stakeholders and awaiting beneficiaries under the platform of Edo National Voice (ENV) at the weekend appealed to Governor Godwin Obaseki to approve the second tranche of the World Bank business grant tagged ‘Edo NG-CARES.’

Making the appeal on behalf of the awaiting hundreds of beneficiaries, the ENV president, Osaro Culture, however commended the governor and agencies involved in the disbursement of the first phase which was disbursed to over 489 beneficiaries.

“As critical stakeholders and voice of the people, we the leadership and entire members of Edo National Voice (ENV) wish to use this medium to call on Governor Obaseki to immediately act within his power to approve funds meant for the 2nd phase of the World Bank business grants ‘Edo NG-CARES.”
