CUAT’s convener, Dr Emmanuel Agabi, commended the National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, and the security agencies for their prompt action in addressing the situation.

During a press conference in Abuja, CUAT emphasised the importance of a thorough investigation into the activities of Hadejia and his alleged accomplices.

The group urged that all individuals connected to these activities, regardless of status, should be held accountable and face legal consequences.

CUAT also called on President Bola Tinubu to ensure that any government official implicated in this case is subject to the law. The group highlighted the significance of transparency and justice in maintaining national security.
