In response to recent allegations circulating in various media outlets, the Caliphate Ambassadors has disclaimed any misinformation regarding the Minister of Budget and Planning, Alhaji Atiku Bagudu, purportedly signing agreements with clauses involving LGBT matters.

The Caliphate Ambassadors in a statement signed by its coordinator, Abubakar Muhammad, categorically deny the claims suggesting that Alhaji Atiku Bagudu signed any agreements, particularly the SAMOA agreement, with provisions related to LGBT issues.

According to the statement, the allegations are entirely baseless and without merit.

“It is crucial to emphasise that Alhaji Atiku Bagudu has consistently upheld the values and principles of our nation, which include respecting our cultural and religious beliefs. The minister has not engaged in any activity or signed any agreements that contradict these fundamental principles,” the statement said.
