Group Hails Nomination Of Enoh, Edu As Ministers

Cross River State Chapter, Grassroot Solidarity Group (GSG), has congratulated Sen. John Owan Enoh and Dr. Betta Edu on the unerring nominations as Ministers of The Federal Republic of Nigeria by the President, His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

 

The group which has been a front-leading support group to the All-Progressive Congress in Cross River State and in South-South Nigeria, described the nomination as a phenomenal, impeccable and timely.

In a press statement yesterday, the Director General of the Group, Ebriku, John Friday commended Tinubu over the choice of Enoh, a true democrat in Cross River State with a clear blueprint and all moral plus mental fitness to drive a positive change through his redefining track records in fair service to humanity.

 

He described the President as a leader with insights and a clear vision for a better Nigeria.

 

It further said the choice of Dr. Betta Edu, a virtuous woman who has tremendously toiled for the victory of the party and for a better society through her unmatched landmarks in various capacities which she has held in the past, remains a laudable choice that will surely pass the test of time.

 

“The workaholic Grassroot Solidarity Group added that the nomination of these illustrious son and daughter of Cross River State as Federal Minister is a step ahead towards achieving a greater Nigeria under the leadership of the All Progressive Congress.

 

“The formidable group prayed that the Almighty God bestow on them with the wisdom and strength to serve in their respective offices to the betterment of Nigerians,” the statement said.
