The leadership of the Osun State chapter of the City Boy Movement has declared the group’s resolve to mobilise support for candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at all levels in future elections in Nigeria.

The movement particularly took cognisance of the forthcoming governorship election in Osun State coming up in August 2026 and the presidential election of 2027.

This is even as the Movement doled out a Seyi Tinubu-sponsored fasting relief package to over 2000 households at the Ileri-Oluwa campaign office in Osogbo.

Speaking at the occasion, the state director of Osun City Boy Movement, Engr. Kayode Sowade described the movement as a formidable frontier for bridging the palpable gaps between the masses, undecided voters, and politicians in the state.

According to him, the Movement is a youth formation painstakingly formed to spread and propagate the good works of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Corroborating him, the state coordinator of the Osun City Boy Movement, Hon. Ajani Gaffar Ayodeji, said the Movement is resolute to mobilise the electorate, particularly undecided voters, in the forthcoming Osun gubernatorial election and ensure the return of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for a second term.

In his remarks, Osun City Boy Director of Mobilisation, Comrade Kehinde Ayantunji, lauded the initiative and described it as a panacea to eliminate the communication gap between the masses and the government.

He appealed to the people to take maximum advantage of the ongoing Continuous Voter Registration exercise, CVR and mobilise massively for the victories of the party in the forthcoming governorship election and 2027 general elections in the country.
