The monarch said he lacked words to thank Buhari for considering one of his sons for the noble assignment.

He said, ” Mr President, your good intentions at salvaging our zone out of its stagnant economic point and rebuilding our battered image with other states of the federation is clearly producing positive results.”

“Your Excellency, with this wise decision of yours, I’m sure, and no doubt that you have gotten a reliable and dependable team player whose loyalty is never being questionable in any way.”

Alhaji Ibn Ali assured Buhari, the president-elect Asiwaju Bola Tinubu and the governors of the North East states that Ba’ale would justify the confidence reposed in him.

He pledged that the emirate would continue to support programmes and policies of the government for the benefit of Yobe and the North East states in general as the emirate awaits the confirmation of Ba’ale.
