Gunmen have abducted a charcoal dealer, Kola Bosere and his assistant, simply identified as Philemon in Jebba, Moro local government area of Kwara State.

LEADERSHIP gathered that the victims were abducted in the early hours of Monday.

“The suspected kidnappers invaded Sikiru’s residence at bed at about midnight.

“Sikiru, who exports charcoal to other countries, was taken away by the gunmen along with his assistant Mr. Philemon.

“Philemon was later released while Sikiru’s whereabouts has remained unknown”, a source close to the family of the victims, told LEADERSHIP.

It was gathered that Philemon was receiving treatment at a private hospital in Jebba.
