http://Halle Berry Denies Abusing Son, Says She Is Domestic Violence VictimHalle Berry’s 18-year-old daughter, Nahla Aubry, has spoken out in support of her mother amid allegations that the actress physically abused her younger son, Maceo.

In a declaration filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on October 3, Nahla said she had never witnessed Berry act violently toward anyone and described her as a “loving and devoted parent.”

“I never observed anything abusive about her parenting,” Nahla wrote, describing her mother as “warm, supportive, and deeply involved” in her children’s lives.

Nahla, whose father is Berry’s former partner Gabriel Aubry, said she has lived with Maceo for most of his life and has seen how her mother has cared for him. She recalled that after Berry and Olivier Martinez separated, Berry coordinated their schedules to maximise the siblings’ time together.

Addressing the specific allegations against her mother, Nahla said she had never seen Berry physically harm Maceo.

“I have never seen my mom hit, slap, choke, grab, or physically abuse Maceo in any way,” she stated.

She also denied ever seeing Berry put her hands around Maceo’s neck, restrict his breathing or place him in a chokehold.

Martinez has sought sole custody of Maceo and accused Berry of physically abusing him during a September 26 incident. Berry has denied the allegations, and the claims remain disputed.
