While this is necessary, what is more important is the listening ear of the government. Even better still, is for the government to do something to cushion the effect of the hardship. We are tired of palliatives. We need a solution that will reach all Nigerians and not just a section.

Lowering transport and food prices for a start. Creating policies aimed at giving value back to the naira. Having everyone in the plan will make it easier to prevent corrupt leaders from hoarding palliatives for themselves.

Also, everyone will see and enjoy the benefits and then protests, whether organised or not will no longer be needed. We urge our leaders to be accountable and transparent to end the hardship and suffering and to move this country forward.
