Walson-Jack who made the call during a courtesy visit to her office by the management of CIPM led by the president and chairman of the Governing Council, Mallam Ahmed Gobir in Abuja, emphasised the importance of the reforms and the desire for closer collaboration with the Institute.
She highlighted the area of collaboration with CIPM on the FCSSIP-25 plan pillar 1, focusing on Capability

Building and Talent Management, expressing optimism that partnering with CIPM would contribute significantly to achieving the goals set out in this pillar.

The Head of Service also informed the visiting team about the establishment of War Rooms dedicated to address each of the six pillars and enablers of the reform plan.

“These War Rooms are intended to tackle challenges associated with each pillar and accelerate the pace of reforms within the civil service,” she said.
