How Homosexual Suspects Lured Teenagers With N500 In Niger – Police

Police operatives in Niger State   have given details of how a 37-year-old homosexual suspects, Isah Usman and Yusuf Shehu lured teenagers with N500 to defile them and introduce them to the immoral and unnatural act.

LEADERSHIP Friday findings revealed that  Usman  who sells honey allegedly offered children between ages 13 and 15, N500 per act after luring them into his house at Angwan Biri Area of Bosso a suburb of Minna, the state capital.

Confirming this, the police spokesperson, Wasiu Abiodun, said the “suspect had been forcefully having unnatural carnal knowledge of young boys aged 15 years, 13 years and 14 years severally in his room.

“Further findings revealed that the suspect usually threatens them after the act and induces them with N500 each and honey. He was immediately arrested by police operatives attached to Bosso Division.

“The victims were taken to Police Clinic Minna for medical examination which confirmed the allegation and indicated penetration, while the suspect also confessed to the act. He has been transferred to SCID Minna for further investigation after which he will be charged to court for prosecution,” he added.

In another development the Police Spokesman said, “Similarly, on the 28th April 2026 at about 5:45p.m, a report was received at GRA Division that on the same date at about 4p.m, a 14 years  old boy was seen spending money lavishly and when questioned by his boss who is a mechanic, he revealed that one Yusuf Shehu 16 years of Tayi village usually gives him  N2000 or N2500 after performing unnatural sexual acts with him in an uncompleted building around Tayi village.”

He said the suspect was immediately arrested and investigation was ongoing to identify other victims and possible accomplices for investigation and prosecution for the  offence.
