Already the two agencies have commenced a four-day training for the HYPPADEC workers on levels 04 to 07 to enhance their capacity, efficiency, and productivity.

The managing director of HYPPADEC, Alhaji Abubakar Sadiq Yelwa said at the workshop yesterday in Minna that the commission was partnering with the Kano Area Office of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) to conduct the training that has the theme: “Skills Development for Organisational Productivity for Staff of HYPPADEC.”

Sadiq Yelwa reiterated the commitment of the commission to training and retraining of the staff at the lower cadres continuously because he considered them to be crucial workers who serve as the gatekeepers of the organisation.

He warned the workers to obey rules and regulations as well as pay attention since their promotion will be based on merit.

He assured that the workshop would be participatory and practical for achieving the capacity of the staff which must be all-inclusive for optimal results and productivity.
