Veteran Nollywood actor and producer Tito Harrison has opened up about his severe health struggles after a liver ailment forced him to step away from the film industry and sell his personal belongings.
Speaking during an interview on the Talk to B podcast, Harrison disclosed that the illness created immense financial hardship, forcing him to sell his car and other properties before relocating to his mother-in-law’s home.
The actor described the ordeal as a difficult nine-year period, during which he also faced rejection and criticism from people around him.
Harrison credited his recovery and survival to God and the steady support of his wife, who remained by his side throughout the trial.
Reflecting on his journey, the filmmaker expressed gratitude for surviving the ordeal, stating that he is now in a better place and determined to continue his career in Nollywood.
