Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen, has opened up on his past struggles in life when he was doing menial jobs to survive before his rise to international football stardom.

In an interview with media personality, Daddy Freeze, the 26-year-old striker shared how he used to fetch water and clean gutters to earn money as a child.

“There was a building in front of my house, a typical face-me-I-face-you setting. I used to fetch water for people there for N80,” he said.

“Most times, I would clean gutters when green things—spirogyra—started growing, and I got paid N30 for the work.”

He had previously revealed that he also sold sachet water and sport newspapers at the busy Ojota bus stop in Lagos to support his family.
