Ibrahim Adekunle Bags 2022 Property Manager Award

The CEO of Evermark Homes & Properties, Dr. Ibrahim Adekunle Israel has been nominated as the Swift Reporters 2022 Distinguished Property Manager Award recipient.

According to a press release signed by the Publisher of Swift Reporters, Adewole Kehinde, he said that the award is in recognition of Dr. Ibrahim Adekunle Israel’s immense contribution to the real estate industry in Nigeria.

Dr. Ibrahim Adekunle Israel is a man that trained and empowered 5,000 youths in real estate and mitigating the gap in housing deficit by delivering affordable, accessible homes to the upper, middle, and lower crust in society, Adewole said.

“Awards are a way to encourage good work. This is the reason why Swift Reporters organizes an annual Award ceremony to encourage those who have contributed to the development of Youths across Nigeria. So that is why the 2022 Swift Reporters Property Manager Award is going to Dr. Ibrahim Adekunle Israel, Adewole said.

Adewole reiterated that Engr. Ibrahim Adekunle Israel has been responsive in helping people with affordable homeownership. Among the properties under Dr. Ibrahim Adekunle Israel management are Sky berry estate, Sky city estate, Sky city phase 2, Sky city phase 3, Beach view estate, De-castle estate, De castle max estate, De castle pearl estate, Chevy castle estate and Dukia Africa estate which is Africa’s biggest resort and real estate ecosystem.

Dr. Ibrahim Adekunle Israel a Doctoral Degree (honorary) in Real Estate Development from the European American University, Panama (2021); Nelson Mandela Leadership Award of Excellence & Integrity, from the West African Youth Council, Cape Verde (2020); Outstanding Leadership & Excellence Award and Investiture as a Fellow, from the Chattered Institute of Public Resources Management & Politics, Ghana (2020), among several other awards.

The award will be presented to Dr. Ibrahim Adekunle Israel on Saturday, 21st January 2023 in Abuja.
