Nigerian rapper Ice Prince, born Panshak Henry Zamani, has shared details of the disciplined lifestyle changes behind his recent personal transformation, describing the journey as both a “Testimony of Grace” and a “work in progress.”

In a post on his Instagram page, the rapper revealed that he eliminated sugar and several common food items from his diet as part of a broader commitment to healthier living. According to him, he also gave up alcohol, energy drinks, soda, bread, pasta, and noodles.

Beyond dietary changes, Ice Prince disclosed that he quit smoking and adopted a more active routine, including daily morning and evening walks alongside regular exercise.

He further highlighted additional practices that contributed to his transformation, such as drinking more water, making homemade smoothies and coconut water, and incorporating ginger tea, green tea, or black coffee into his daily routine. The rapper also mentioned celibacy as part of his personal discipline.

Ice Prince’s revelations have sparked conversations among fans about wellness, self-control, and the growing trend of lifestyle resets among celebrities.
