Idoma Association USA Commend Participants At 28th Annual Convention

The Idoma Association USA has appreciated participants at the 28th Annual Convention held from 1st to 3rd August 2024 for their contribution to the success of the convention.

President of the Association, Dr. Edwin Ochai specifically thanked the host state, Tri-State USA and all those who came from Nigeria to make the convention a huge success.

The convention which kicked off with arrival of guests, meet and greet of all participants were entertained with cultural display showcasing the rich traditions of the Idoma people. Dancers in their vibrant Idoma attires mesmerized the audience with their energetic performances.

The event also featured informative panel discussions on various topics including insecurity, education, healthcare, and economic development in Idoma land. Dignitaries and community leaders shared their insights and ideas for the progress of Idoma nation.

One of the highlights of the convention was the award ceremony honoring individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to the Idoma nation.

The recipients were lauded for their dedication and commitment to improving the lives of Idoma people.

The convention also provided a networking sessions which avails attendees with the opportunity to connect, share ideas, and strengthen relationships within the Idoma diaspora. The sense of unity and pride in Idoma heritage was palpable throughout the event.
